### Documentation structure

* Added a top-level developer documentation structure with separate
  **Docs**, **API Reference**, **MCP**, and **Changelog** tabs.
* Moved Public API conceptual pages into the **Docs** tab and grouped them by
  integration domain.
* Kept Access Devices separate from OAuth/Bearer Public API resources because
  access validation uses dedicated device-key authentication.
* Kept MCP content separate from Public API resources. MCP routes, grants,
  OAuth metadata, and runtime behavior are unchanged.

### API Reference

* Added a generated Public API OpenAPI export for Mintlify endpoint reference
  pages.
* Filtered the reference to developer Public API endpoints only. Provider
  callback receivers, storefront routes, public widgets, wishlist, and
  QR/access-device endpoints are intentionally excluded from the generated
  Public API reference.
* Enabled Mintlify API reference downloads and expanded parameter display.

### Public API documentation

* Public API docs now describe the stable DTO allowlist policy, response
  envelopes, validation behavior, idempotency, pagination, rate-limit metadata,
  and sensitive-field exclusions.
* Finance, booking, forms, progress, reports, webhooks, and catalog docs define
  output fields explicitly so backend model changes do not automatically change
  the external API contract.
