Requires forms:write. An empty body is allowed; an optional JSON body must be an empty object. Sets the template to archived, including when it is already archived. Archived forms are excluded from template reads and cannot receive new intake or check-up assignments. Existing assignments and answers are preserved. Deleted or inaccessible forms return 404.
