}Calculate training load from reps and RIR
Estimates a one-rep max with the Epley model and returns the rounded weight to use for the requested rep goal. rir is optional and defaults to 0.
Requires the workout_plans:read scope. This operation maps to /app/v1/workout/load-calculator and retains its Workout V2 permission, feature-flag, and resource-scope checks.
The clientId path parameter is resolved inside the company bound to the Public API token when present.

}Authorizations
Public API access token issued by /public/v1/oauth/token. Example: Authorization: Bearer fspt_.... Each resource request rechecks the token company's current provider access. Disabling access blocks existing tokens with 403 auth.provider_unavailable.
Query Parameters
Positive lifted weight.
x > 0Positive performed reps.
x > 0Positive target reps for the recommended load.
x > 0Reps in reserve. The calculator treats reps + rir as effective reps.
