Sessions and performance

Remove an exercise from a session superset (freestyle)

Freestyle (performance-based) equivalent of the plan-day remove-from-superset. Clears the groupId on one performance so it becomes standalone — the performance itself is NOT deleted. A superset needs ≥2 members, so if the removal would leave only one, that last member is also ungrouped and the superset is dissolved (dissolved: true).

Requires the workout_sessions:write scope. This operation maps to /app/v1/workout/performance/sessions/:sessionId/supersets/:groupId/exercises/:performanceId and retains its Workout V2 permission, feature-flag, and resource-scope checks.

The clientId path parameter is resolved inside the company bound to the Public API token when present.
