Client-only. Records or updates the user’s watch progress for a specific video and language. Progress percentage is calculated server-side as (watchedDuration / totalDuration) × 100. A video is marked completed when progressPercentage >= 95. Completion is automatically reversed if the user rewinds below the threshold.
Requires the workout_client_plans:write scope. This operation maps to /app/v1/workout/client/video-library/:videoId/progress and retains its Workout V2 permission, feature-flag, and resource-scope checks.
The clientId path parameter identifies the client represented by the request context.
